The full form of ROR is Record of Right, ROR is an official document issued by the Land Revenue department (Thaisildar office/ MRO office) which contains the ownership details of the land. ROR details of every village are maintained by the Thaisildar office/ MRO office of that particular Mandal. But after the launching the Land records online portal, helps you to find, view and download the Encumbrance Certificate of lands, plots, flats, houses etc. Most of the States Land Records portals are offering two ways to search the EC, first one is you can search the EC/ Encumbrance Certificate of the agricultural land by using the registration document number and the second one is if don’t have the document number with you, you can search by using the survey number, Passbook number etc.

Land Tippan is an official document issued by the Land revenue department (Thaisildar/MRO). Land Tippan contains the measurement details of the land parcel wise.
